• Booking is confirmed after the advance payment is received and acknowledged by The Royal Cab.
• Advance booking amount is adjusted against the total fare unless otherwise agreed. Cancellation/refund is subject to the cancellation policy communicated at booking.
• Fare covers only the stated trip type and distance limit. Extra kilometres beyond the included limit are charged at the rate shown on this invoice.
• Toll tax, parking, railway/airport entry, state permits, driver allowance, waiting charges and other applicable expenses are extra unless explicitly included in the fare.
• Pickup date, time, pickup point, drop point and vehicle category should be checked by the customer before travel. Changes may affect availability and fare.
• Please be ready at the pickup location on time. Waiting or delay charges may apply if communicated by the operator.
• Passengers must follow applicable laws and safety instructions. The vehicle capacity must not be exceeded.
• Customer must send the UPI transaction reference or payment screenshot after paying the advance. Never pay to a different UPI ID without verifying with The Royal Cab.
• Any issue or change should be communicated to The Royal Cab as early as possible. The invoice and booking confirmation should be retained for reference.
